The Real Estate Shop hereby gives license to the undersigned, ________________________________, known as the Foreclosure Specialist, to use the website to enhance their business. The subdomain _____________________ is hereby considered the Foreclosure Specialists unique, individual subdomain. However, all webpages associated with this site, content, and URLs, including the subdomains, are the property of the Real Estate Shop.
The Foreclosure Specialist has exclusive right to change and/or add content to pages and posts within their subdomain as long as he/she is currently a member in good standing. Blogs, video, newsletters, informational articles and property listings are the sole and exclusive repsonsibility of the Foreclosure Specialist. Information must be as current and up to date as possible at all times. The basic design and intent of the subdomain will stay consistent with the MtForeclosureInfo.com and other subdomains for different areas.
The Foreclosure Specialist agrees to provide all initial information and articles necessary to originally set up their subdomain in a timely fashion. The subdomain should be published and ready for you to start updating within two weeks after returning the information packet. During that two-week period, training will be provided for quick, easy input of new information into your site. Real Estate Shop is not responsible for the accuracy or the content of any subdomain.
MtForeclosureInfo.com will receive a good deal of marketing which will direct traffic to individual subdomains. However, the Foreclosure Specialist is ultimately responsible for getting their subdomain into directories, ranked with search engines, and promoting it in every way feasible.
Leads from their subdomain will go directly to the Foreclosure Specialist. No lead generation fees, referral fees or other charges will be made by the Real Estate Shop. If a lead comes into the general MtForeclosureInfo.com site or any other subdomain for the _________________________ area, it will be referred to the Foreclosure Specialist for that area,
Any Foreclosure Specialist who obtains a lead for another area is highly encouraged to refer that lead to the Specialist for that area. A 25% referral fee will be paid to the referring Realtor. If there is no Foreclosure Specialist for the area in which a lead is obtained, it is to be given to the Real Estate Shop who will attempt to find a specialist in the desired area and every attempt will be made to secure the referral fee for the lead generator.
The Foreclosure Specialist will:
- Provide people with the ability to find distressed properties in their area
- Give people current and accurate information about their local market place
- Update on a regular basis
- Present a minimum of one monthly list, feed or subscription for people to get accurate, current information about their area. (Weekly is advised.)
- Offer a method by which individuals can contact you as their Foreclosure Specialist and receive professional, timely information and guidance.
- Handle all leads given to you by another Specialist Member in a professional and timely fashion and honor the 25% referral at the tie of closing to the lead generator.
Costs and fees
- Upon qualifying and acceptance, a $199 initial registration fee is due. This will also cover the creation of your personal website and publish it. (A $1499 value)
- A monthly fee of $49 will be due on the first of each month after the first full month after publishing.
If the Real Estate Shop deems the Foreclosure Specialist is not maintaining their posts, pages, blogs and other information in a timely fashion with accurate, current information, they may, at their discretion, terminate this agreement immediately. If this should happen the Foreclosure Specialist will not receive reimbursement for any fees heretofore paid.
Neither the Real Estate Shop nor MtForeclosureInfo.com makes any guarantees of potential business nor do they accept any liability in any way associated with this site. The Foreclosure Specialist agrees to hold harmless any and all employees and others associated with the Real Estate Shop or MtForeclosureInfo.com
